LiberTEA is The Equity Alliance’s leadership development and civic education program designed to equip community members with the tools, knowledge, and relationships needed to lead, organize, and create change in their communities. Through weekly sessions, facilitated conversations, hands-on learning, and community engagement, LiberTEA helps participants deepen their understanding of systems, advocacy, organizing, and collective power.

As part of its relaunch, LiberTEA is evolving into a stronger leadership pipeline that not only develops informed community leaders, but also connects participants to ongoing opportunities for advocacy, organizing, and movement-building across Tennessee.

Role Summary
The LiberTEA Coordinator is responsible for fully managing and executing the LiberTEA leadership development program. This role ensures a high-quality, consistent experience for participants while strengthening the pipeline from training to organizing, advocacy, and leadership. • Strong in follow-through: consistently follows up with applicants, participants, facilitators, and alumni and ensures nothing falls through the cracks
