The Episcopal Church of the Advent is seeking a part-time Rector to serve as the principal pastor, spiritual leader, and chief executive of our parish and Day School.
We seek a Rector who will come alongside us, become acquainted with who we are and where God is leading us, and help us make more room at our family table for others to join. We are looking for a Rector who will be an engaged teacher, pastor, preacher, and celebrant who equips parishioners for ministry; provides compassionate pastoral care; guides Christian formation for children and adults; and works collaboratively with the Vestry to shape and communicate the parish’s mission, vision, and strategic direction.
