What you’ll handle
- Set up and complete MIG, TIG, and Flux Core welding for assemblies to MIL-Standard quality.
- Regulate gas, current, voltage, and electrode selection to perform arc welding.
- Adjust pressure, flow, and tips to execute gas welding.
- Inspect welds with measuring tools and weld gauges to verify conformance.
- Maintain accurate production logs and required records.
- Coach and assist teammates when needed.
- Uphold a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- 5 years of hands-on GTAW, GMAW, and FCAW experience.
- Ability to read work instructions and follow setup requirements.
- Proficiency with Oxy/Fuel Torch, hand tools, and power tools.
- Ability to pass required certifications as needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills—effective on a team and working independently.
- Blueprint and engineering drawing literacy is a plus.
- Must have tools.
