What are the responsibilities and job description for the MOMO - Chef de Partie position at THE ENTOURAGE GROUP?
For our amazing MOMO location in Amsterdam, we are currently looking for motivated Chefs de Partie!
We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Chef de Partie to join our ongoing growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in managing all aspects of the kitchen department of MOMO. You will be expected to deliver experience and motivate all staff to ensure and aim to deliver a great dining experience for our guests. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for maintaining quality and increasing profitability. Management skills and a good understanding of high efficiency and concept experience are a must.
Responsibilities
To ensure all that all mise-en-place is always freshly prepared and on time
To ensure that all dishes are being prepared to the correct recipe and to the correct quantity
To deputize in the sous chef’s absence and take charge of the kitchen when directed to do so
To ensure that any anticipated shortages are communicated promptly to the sous chef or head chef
To strive to study relevant subjects in preparation to future advancement
Requirements
Flexible and hardworking
Fluent speaking in English
Willingness to learn
Living in Amsterdam (or nearby)
Possible to start immediately
