Contracts Specialist Position Type: Full Time, non-exempt employee. Compensation Range: $30.00 - $36.00 hourly, DOE. Location: This position based onsite at the Service Center in San Juan Capistrano, CA. About the Company: Ensign Services, Inc. About the Opportunity: As a Contracts Specialist at Ensign Services, Inc., you should be a well-rounded, quick learner who can multi-task, is organized and able to excel in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for a variety of template contract requests from various clients, internal Service Center and other client-affiliated business ventures. This is a high-volume position and a place where teamwork and ownership is highly valued! Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Responsible for drafting Ensign contract templates. Assist contracts team to ensure that all contract templates are in compliance with legal requirements, client specifications and government regulations. Ensure appropriate internal contract processes and procedures are followed. Monitor and maintain the contract management software and database information such as vendor data entry, setting reminders, running reports and keeping facility information up to date. Coordinates the execution of contracts through e-signature platforms. Track contract status and follows ups. Ability to find solutions to problems. Uses the highest discretion with confidential information. Able to work in a high-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, Paralegal Certificate and/or Professional Contract Management Certification a plus. At least 2 years of relevant work experience in either contract administration, legal administration, as a paralegal, word processing or relevant professional experience in a law firm or corporate legal department setting. Computer skill requirements include: MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Outlook and easily adaptable to other in-house software applications. Possess the ability to deal tactfully and work harmoniously with other personnel, residents, visitors, and the general public. Follows written and oral instructions. Knowledgeable in the use of computers, e-mail, spreadsheets and document word processing. Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
