What are the responsibilities and job description for the Academic Coach | Tutor: High School (HUMANITIES) position at The Enrichery?
Academic Coaches who can support K-8 and High School students in a range of Humanities subjects, including:
- Advanced Coursework: AP Literature, AP US History, AP World History
- Test Prep (Preferred): ACT, SAT, ISEE
The Academic Coach Experience:
Consistent hours with recurring weekly sessions within your preferred hours
All sessions are 1-on-1 and take place in private offices at our facility—no driving from home to home
A highly supportive and collaborative team environment
Paid onboarding/training and shadowing with experienced coaches
W-2 employment status
Requirements
What you should offer:
Excel at explaining academic content in a clear, engaging way
Love building relationships and helping students gain confidence
Are attending or have graduated from a 4-year university
Are available 15 hours per week, including at least 4 hours on Sundays (Our session hours: Mon–Fri, 3:00–9:30pm & Sun, 10:00am–6:00pm)
