Join Our Team as a Part-Time Academic Coach! Are you committed to helping students reach their full potential? We are seeking dedicated, knowledgeable, and reliable Academic Coaches for long term, part-time work. This is an excellent role for college students, grad students, or anyone with a deep passion for education.
What We're Looking For: We’re hiring Academic Coaches who can support high school students in a range of STEM related subjects, including:
- Core STEM subjects: Algebra, PreCal, Bio, Chem
- Advanced Coursework (Preferred): AP Physics, AP Calc (BC and AB), AP Chem
- Test Prep (Preferred!): ACT, SAT, ISEE
What You’ll Experience:
- Consistent weekly sessions based on your preferred schedule
- All sessions are 1-on-1 and take place in private offices at our facility—no driving from home to home.
- A highly supportive and collaborative team environment
- Paid training and shadowing with experienced coaches
- W-2 employment status with healthcare benefits if you work 32 hours per week regularly

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
- Excel at explaining academic content in a clear, engaging way
- Love building relationships and helping students gain confidence
- Are attending or have graduated from a 4-year university
- Are available 15 hours per week, and at least 4 hours on Sundays (Our session hours: Mon–Fri, 3:00–9:30pm & Sun, 10:00am–6:00pm)
