We are looking for someone to do general building maintenance, water flowers, weed flower beds, change lightbulbs and other minor things in our indoor and outdoor space. This job is the perfect fit for someone who is retired, would like to work and enjoys tinkering and keeping busy.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building and general awareness of things that need to be fixed.
- Use of hand tools and power tools necessary.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues clearly.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
