Job Summary:
As an Order Entry/Customer Associate at our church, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations by managing order processing, assisting customers, and providing administrative support. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and friendly demeanor will help serve our congregation, visitors, and vendors efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Order Processing & Data Management:
- Accurately enter and process orders for church materials, events, registrations, and merchandise.
- Maintain and update order records in the church’s database or management system.
Customer Service & Communication:
- Serve as the primary contact for order-related inquiries via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Assist church members, guests, and vendors with questions regarding orders, events, or services.
Administrative & Operational Support:
- Monitor inventory levels of church supplies and place replenishment orders as needed.
- Assist with basic clerical tasks such as filing, email correspondence, and record-keeping.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Pay: $21.82 - $25.86 per hour
