Assistant Project Manager – Commercial Construction
Family-owned commercial construction company seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support an active airport project. Great opportunity for an experienced APM ready to grow into a PM role.
- Support RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, change orders, and project administration
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and the PM
- Serve as an “extra arm” to the Project Manager and help keep projects on track
- 1–3 years of commercial construction experience
- Construction Management degree preferred
- Experience with Procore and Bluebeam
- Airport, K-12, or higher education experience a plus
Compensation: $85K–$135K 5–20% bonus
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, in office daily, Miami FL
