LPN Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition
Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation
Communicate with physicians, families, CNAs, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
Supervise and support CNAs during assigned shifts
Follow infection-control, safety, and facility policies
Help maintain a comfortable, respectful, and positive environment for our residents
Qualifications
Current and valid LPN license
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
Ability to work effectively as part of a nursing team
