Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly

• Supervise and support nursing staff as needed

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance

• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and the care team

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – State of Ohio

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach
