We are seeking a relationship-driven Sales Associate to help expand our catering and experiential offerings across Austin and beyond.
This is a part-time role focused on:
- Lead generation
- Cold outreach
- Warm follow-up
- Relationship development
- Sales support, with growth into closing
This position is best suited for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable initiating conversations.

- Identify and reach out to potential clients including apartment communities, corporate offices, event planners, and venues
- Conduct consistent outreach via email, social media, and occasional phone communication
- Follow up with past clients and warm leads
- Build long-term partnerships with property managers, office teams, and event contacts
- Develop repeat business opportunities
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Provide general pricing guidance and assist with quotes using Zoho CRM
- Progress toward independently managing deals

- $300 monthly base
- $100 monthly activity bonus based on consistent outreach and CRM tracking

- Additional 2% on deals closed independently
- $100 bonus for every 5 events booked in a month

Maximum commission per deal is capped at 17%.

This role requires consistent outreach and follow-up.
In a typical week, responsibilities include:
- Researching and identifying new potential clients
- Initiating outreach and starting conversations
- Following up multiple times to maintain engagement
- Reconnecting with past clients to generate new opportunities
- Managing leads and tracking activity in the CRM system
Over time, the goal is to build a pipeline of both new and repeat clients, reducing reliance on constant cold outreach.
