$25–$30/hr | Sunday–Thursday | 11:00PM – 7:30AM

We're seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee nightly operations and ensure our manufacturing processes run safely, efficiently, and with top-quality standards. This role is perfect for someone who leads by example, communicates clearly, and is passionate about continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support production team members—providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Maintain organized and efficient work areas
- Plan, prioritize, and direct daily production activities to meet quality, delivery, and efficiency targets
- Manage equipment and tooling to reduce downtime
- Track and improve key performance metrics (yield, rework, efficiency, cost, OTD)
- Ensure accurate labor and materials reporting
- Communicate effectively across departments and shifts
- Participate in audits and support corrective actions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Uphold company policies and team culture
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You Bring
Competencies
- Strong leadership and team-building ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems
- Problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Lean manufacturing knowledge (preferred)
Supervisory Experience
- Direct supervision of production employees
- Responsible for training, coaching, performance management, and daily oversight
Work Environment
- Fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Work performed primarily on the production floor
- Exposure to machinery and variable noise levels
Physical Demands
- Standing/walking for long periods
- Frequent bending
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Use of tools, equipment, and materials
Schedule
- Full-time | Sunday – Thursday | 11:00PM – 7:30AM
- Overtime & weekend work may be required based on production needs
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience (manufacturing preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean manufacturing experience
- ERP/MRP system experience
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
