What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electronics Manufacturing / SMT & Assembly position at The Employment Firm?
We are hiring for multiple positions with an established circuit board/electronics manufacturing company. We are looking for dependable candidates with experience in electronics manufacturing, SMT, soldering, AOI inspection, PCB assembly, electrical components, parts stocking, or similar production environments.
Opportunities are available for different experience levels and areas of production.
Positions may include:
SMT / Surface Mount Technology
Soldering and electronic assembly
AOI inspection
PCB / circuit board assembly
Electrical component and parts stocking
Material handling and kitting
Loading feeders and electronic components
Quality inspection
General electronics production
What We’re Looking For:
Previous electronics, circuit board, SMT, soldering, AOI, assembly, or manufacturing experience is preferred
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with small electronic parts and components
Ability to follow detailed work instructions and part numbers
Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
Must have your own vehicle to reliably get to work
Additional Requirements:
This is an ITAR-regulated facility. Candidates must meet applicable ITAR eligibility requirements.
Background check and drug screen required
Schedule & Pay:
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:45 PM–2:15 AM
Pay: $22.00–$24.00/hour, depending on experience and position
