Warehouse Associate

A fast-paced, safety-first distribution operation is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Smyrna. You will pick, pack and ship industrial supply orders accurately and on time. This is an immediate-start contract in a clean, well-run warehouse.

• Contract assignment, 12 months with possible extension
• Work setting: onsite
• Openings: 1
• Anticipated start: within the next two to three weeks

• Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners
• Receive and inspect inbound shipments against paperwork
• Stage and load outbound orders for carriers
• Complete cycle counts and report discrepancies
• Keep work areas clean, safe and organized
• Follow all safety rules and PPE requirements

• 6 or more months of warehouse or distribution experience
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Comfortable standing and walking for a full shift
• Basic computer and scanner skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Forklift certification
• Experience with WMS or ERP systems
• Industrial or MRO supply experience
• Prior work in a fast-paced distribution or industrial setting
• Willingness to cross-train in receiving, shipping and inventory
• Strong record of attendance and safe work habits

• Clean, organized warehouse or storeroom setting
• Safety-first culture with required PPE provided onsite
