Key Responsibilities
- Supervise production line employees and coordinate shift activities
- Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet output targets
- Enforce GMP, food safety, and OSHA safety standards on the floor

- Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and document production results
- Report key production metrics to plant management
Requirements
- 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or food production environment
- Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite full-time in the Phoenix metro area
Preferred Qualifications
- Food or beverage manufacturing experience
- HACCP awareness or certification
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
