Position Overview
Residential Therapists provide individual or group therapy to Adolescent clients. Therapists collaborate in a multi-disciplinary setting with other Emily Program clinicians to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and their family.

Position Overview

Schedule
- Full Time (40hr/wk)
- Monday - Friday, 8 hour days between 8am to 6pm
- Pre-Independently Licensed Therapists: Starting salary range between $50,000-$65,000
- Independently Licensed Therapists: Starting salary range between $60,000-$75,000
How Therapists Empower Recovery
- Develops, implements and coordinates services and monitors and evaluates individualized treatment plans
- Conducts assigned group counseling sessions and therapeutic meal support
- Collaborate with Emily Program Staff, community professionals, and community agencies to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain timely clinical documentation in compliance with The Emily Program policies and regulatory standards and may participate in quality assessment/peer review of documentation
- Maintains and enhances knowledge of current clinical practice, strategies, and developments through participation in his or her professional organization; attending related seminars, workshops, and conferences; and reviewing literature
Education Qualifications:
- Current Provisional or Associate licensure required in the state of employment required.
- Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences field required.
- Individual, family, or group psychotherapy experience required.
- DBT, CBT, FBT experience preferred.
- Eating Disorders treatment experience preferred
- Computer proficiency required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
