Schedule
- Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
- Some evening or weekend for events, conferences, or site needs
Salary range of $115,000-130,000

How Executive Directors Empower Recovery
- Supporting the overall performance of the treatment facility, ensuring operational excellence, outstanding employee leadership, and financial sustainability.
- Developing strategic plans to achieve both operational and financial targets. Collaborating with clinical leaders, community stakeholders, and internal stakeholders to ensure census goals are met and productivity standards are upheld.
- Fostering a collaborative and client-centered environment, maintaining the highest quality of care, while driving the growth and success of the site.
- Dedication to promoting an inclusive and culturally competent work environment as well as creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Oversight of onsite day to day operations of assigned programs and analysis of Key Performance Indicators to ensure the embodiment of the organizational values of access to care and clinical quality of each program.
- Collaborating closely with the Senior Regional Director to identify areas of improvement within programs and solution focused plans of action.
- Partnering with Human Resources to lead team and establish a trusting and productive department. This includes carrying out essential HR functions for direct reports (i.e. hiring, annual reviews, performance management, and personnel improvement plans).
- Providing direct clinical care as needed, including maintaining a small caseload, offering meal support, covering group sessions, and contributing to the overall delivery of clinical services to ensure connection with the client experience and relevance of care.
- Providing clinical supervision in accordance with licensure, contributing to staff development and quality care, as needed.
Education/Licensure Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a behavioral science field such as Social Work (MSW), Clinical Social Work (CSW), Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Licensed Professional Counseling (LPC), or a closely related discipline is required.
- Licensure Requirement: Active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent is required.
- In cases where the above degree or licensure is not applicable, the following may be considered at the discretion of leadership:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum of five years of management experience required
- Experience in the healthcare industry, preferred
- Eating Disorder experience, highly preferred.
- Experience in individual and family psychotherapy, required.
- Board-approved clinical supervisor, highly preferred.
- Eating Disorder Certification, highly preferred.
