Role Description
The Sales Manager is responsible for account management functions including but not limited to:
1. Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the brands represented and CVS
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners and CVS stakeholders
- Identify opportunities, resolve issues, and negotiate win/win outcomes
2. Strategic Planning:
- Create joint business plans with brand partners (strategy, funding, forecasting).
- Collaborate on brand strategy (profitability, channel priority, pricing, portfolio optimization).
- Stay abreast of industry trends and use this knowledge to help drive business results.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Communicate and interpret business results (sales, inventory, promotional plans, etc.).
- Synthesize insights from data to shape distribution recommendations and outcomes.
- Create and lead business reviews with retail stakeholders and brand partners.
4. Promotional Planning:
- Develop and execute promotional plans to drive sales and brand visibility.
- Oversee brand investment funds to ensure effective allocation and ROI.
Qualifications
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with [5 ] years relevant experience

Work Environment: Availability to work full-time for a minimum of 3 days/week in the Cumberland,RI Office, with remote work making up the remainder of the 5-day work week. In addition, you will need to be flexible to travel to company, brand partner, customer and/or vendor locations, which can be up to 50% of the time in any given month.
