Medical Call Center / Patient Scheduling Specialist / Bilingual
Full-Time | In-Office | 40 Hours/Week | Two-Location Dental Practice
We are a busy, growing dental practice with two locations seeking an experienced, highly motivated Medical Call Center & Patient Scheduling Specialist to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, excellent at following a proven system, and understands that every call is an opportunity to schedule a patient.
What You'll Do
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls from new and existing dental patients.
- Follow our established call scripts and exact verbiage consistently and accurately.
- Convert incoming calls into scheduled appointments using our proven phone process.
- Handle patient questions, concerns, and objections professionally while staying within the approved script.
- Schedule appointments accurately across two dental office locations.
- Confirm and follow up with patients to help ensure scheduled appointments show up.
- Document calls, patient information, and appointment details accurately.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and energetic phone presence.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily and monthly scheduling goals.
Performance & Bonuses
This position includes a performance-based bonus structure.
You will be rewarded for:

Schedule
40 hours per week | 3.5 shifts
The schedule alternates between two shift patterns:
- Shift A: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and ½ day Wednesday
- Shift B: ½ day Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
Requirements
- Previous medical, dental, or professional call center experience is required.
- Excellent telephone communication skills.
- Strong ability to follow exact scripts and required verbiage.
- Comfortable working in a structured, performance-driven environment.
- Proven ability to convert calls into appointments.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling a fast-paced, high-volume call environment.
- Ability to stay friendly and professional while following the process exactly.
- Must be comfortable with performance goals and bonus-based compensation.
