Position Overview
We are seeking a candidate with advanced technical skills in RF measurement, a focus on meticulous calibration, and a dedication to upholding ISO/IEC 17025 standards. In this role, you will be responsible for performing precise measurements and calibrations of radio frequency (RF) equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your technical proficiency will support our mission to deliver reliable testing solutions for electronic products, helping clients meet strict regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive calibrations, functional validations, and performance verifications on high-level RF and transient instrumentation.
- Troubleshoot and remediate complex hardware failures to guarantee strict adherence to original manufacturer performance standards.
- Uphold meticulous documentation and asset records in full alignment with ISO/IEC 17025 and quality management protocols.
- Contribute to the formal validation and implementation of specialized calibration procedures for emerging equipment categories.
- Partner with cross-functional sales and engineering units to verify that technical solutions fulfill specific client application criteria.
- Promote operational excellence by optimizing laboratory workflows and maintaining a pristine, professional metrology environment.
- Deliver technical expertise regarding fleet readiness, equipment acceptance testing, and final outgoing quality assurance.
Qualifications:
- Possession of an Associate degree or a comparable technical credential in electronics, RF engineering, or metrology science.
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience specializing in RF calibration, instrumentation repair, or a related technical discipline.
- Advanced proficiency with EMC and RF test systems, specifically involving amplifiers, LISNs, CDNs, and signal generation equipment.
- Practical expertise in ISO/IEC 17025 calibration methodologies and formal quality management documentation.
- Exceptional diagnostic capabilities and technical mastery of RF measurement tools, including spectrum analyzers and power meters.
- Demonstrated organizational excellence and superior professional communication abilities.
