The ELOCEN Group, LLC is a Program and Project Management providers in the built environment with a focus on Federal & Local Government and Commercial facility projects. Our services offerings include: Construction Management, Design Management, Information Technology, Facilities & Logistics Integration.
Summary of Position:
This position requires strategic thinking and a passion for marketing. Working with the Director of Business Development, this person develops marketing material that effectively communicates the firm’s services, core capabilities and maintains corporate branding standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Assist management in the development of Business Development plans for the firm.
2. Assist with marketing and coordination of the firm’s response process to RFQs/RFP/Sources Sought including technical reviews, qualification documents, resumes and project descriptions and track performance ratios
3. Manage, coordinate and prepare client interview/presentation materials: banners, boards, handouts, PowerPoint, Prezi and other media
4. Assist in conduct marketing research for pursuit win strategies: monitor and investigate client/industry trends, client gaps, identify sales message based on research and suggest PR topic to build awareness
5. Develop and maintain project experience sheets, team resumes, project photography, historical deliverables and marketing collateral for library & re-use on proposals
6. Assists with the development of marketing collateral such as brochures, newsletters, email blast, case studies and brochures
7. Monitor sectors/clients to develop potential leads to strengthen the firm’s growth potential, report information and data collected to Director of Business Development
8. Collect and share industrial and market intelligence among members of staff and management
9. Manage the Business Development marketing CRM databases and other administration as necessary
10. Assist Director of Business Development, with weekly, bi-weekly & monthly coordination and tracking for multiple government & commercial RFP sites. Provide information and data collected and/or identified to Director of Marketing/PR and the CEO.
11. Evaluate any trade association and professionals that can positively impact business practices in the organization
12. Assist in developing and maintaining written content, photography, articles, relevant industry issues for website and social media outlets
13. Track speaker participation and collaborate with practice areas to identify and land new speaking engagements as well as make recommendations for tradeshow and conference attendance based on organizational goals
14. Plan and coordinate logistics for conferences, meetings and trade shows and speaking engagements
15. Assist with research and prepare awards submissions
16. Hold active memberships in relevant professional organizations
17. Represent ELOCEN at a minimum of 5 - 7 externally sponsored and industry-relevant events during the year
18. Assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· BA/BS degree minimum 3-4 years of marketing/business development and government contracting experience
· Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint®, and Excel
· Excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple marketing and administrative activities simultaneously
· Ability to conduct online webinars using all hosting platforms i.e., (Teams, Zoom, WebEx etc.).
· Excellent communication skills, including excellent listening skills
· Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a dynamic team environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
