- The Elms is the McDonough County Skilled Nursing Home. We are a long-term care facility and offered skilled care too, which includes short-term rehabilitation. We strive to provide our residents and staff with great experiences on a daily basis.

RESPONSIBILITES
- Provide nursing care to all the residents
- Recognize and report any changes in residents conditions to the DON
- Provide medications according to their doctors order
- Provide medical treatments prescribed by the doctor
- Work together as a team to give the best care to our residents
- Assist with admission and discharge of residents
- Answering call lights
- Charting on each resident
- Get to know the residents and provide the care according to their care plan
REQUIREMENTS
- RN license
- CPR required
- Direct the CNA's and LEA's
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
- Demonstrate good judgement, problem-solving and decision-making skills
