We’re currently hiring an Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing team. While previous office experience is preferred, insurance experience isn’t required — our comprehensive in-house training program will give you all the tools you need to succeed.
This position features an aggressive compensation structure, including a base salary of $19.00 per hour and high commission and bonus potential. Top performers in our office have earned between $100,000 and $120,000 annually, demonstrating the exceptional opportunity for success this role offers.

Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits.
- Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
- Conducts timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
- Utilize persuasive techniques to finalize sales transactions.
- Set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
Requirements
Active Property and Casualty Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain one).
Licensing assistance available for qualified candidates.
Proven ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong client relationships.
Confident communicator with excellent listening and presentation skills.
Goal-oriented and driven by measurable success (sales targets, client satisfaction, etc.).
Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
Comfortable with outbound calling and digital client outreach.
Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly (CRM, quoting software, etc.).
Problem-solver who can identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Positive attitude, resilience, and persistence — thrives in a competitive environment.
Team player who contributes to a supportive, growth-focused office culture.
