We are seeking an experienced and motivated Admissions & Marketing Director to join our Assisted Living community in Middletown, NY. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, building strong referral relationships, and guiding prospective residents and their families through the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing plans to drive census growth and community awareness.
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior services, and community partners.
Conduct tours, presentations, and community events to showcase our services and amenities.
Manage the admissions process from initial inquiry to move-in, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for residents and families.
Track and report on marketing activities, leads, and occupancy trends.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in healthcare, senior living, or related admissions/marketing role.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Compassion and understanding of the needs of seniors and their families.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary of $65,000 annually
