Anticipated End Date: 2026-10-06 Position Title: Learning Experience Designer II Job Description: Learning Experience Designer II Shift: Full Time, Days Hybrid 1: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. The Learning Experience Designer II (US) will be responsible for analyzing, designing, building, and implementing business-aligned, integrated learning solutions using a variety of techniques and tools. How you will make an impact: Collaborates with business partners on expected business outcomes. Participates in needs analysis and recommends effective learning solutions. Collaborates with other content developers, graphic designers, technology consultants, technologists, and other project team members on design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions. Uses all approved processes, tools (Camtasia, Articulate 360, FS Pro 2020 V6, SnagIt), and templates to standard for development and reporting. Actively maintains all content. Participates in quality review process. Participates in and contributes to Learning & Development sub-teams, communities of practice, and other opportunities to enhance knowledge and skill. Minimum Requirements: Requires BA/BS in related field and minimum of 2 years training and development experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences: Strong Camtasia experience highly preferred. Strong Articulate 360 experience highly preferred. Strong InfoMap Formatting Solutions Pro - FS Pro 2020 V6 experience highly preferred. Strong SnagIt experience highly preferred. Learning Management System (LMS) experience highly preferred. Microsoft Office suite experience (particularly PowerPoint and Word) highly preferred. Ability to be self-directed and able to work in ambiguity preferred.
