What You'll Do
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing service, repairs, installations, and diagnostics.
- Assess customer needs and recommend professional plumbing solutions.
- Provide accurate estimates and clearly explain options to customers.
- Deliver exceptional workmanship and a professional customer experience.
- Help establish the systems, processes, and standards for our new plumbing division.
- Work closely with company leadership to help shape and grow the plumbing department.
- Build strong customer relationships and help establish a reputation for quality and reliability.
- As the division grows, help recruit, train, and develop additional plumbing team members.
- Take on increasing responsibility and leadership as the plumbing division expands.
