Job Title: Project Manager - Contract/Commercial Construction Department
Job Type: Full-time, Exempt Salaried Position, 40 to 45-hour work week minimum
Job Duties:
- Manage a number of projects throughout the calendar year, determined based on the revenue amount and timeline of the project(s).
- Work collaboratively with other PMs and site foremen to coordinate manpower, materials, and other equipment for various projects.
- Maintain job forecasting for assigned projects.
- Manage job costing for all assigned projects.
- Pre-Construction Coordination and attend meetings as needed.
- Selection of Vendors for material purchasing and order materials, as needed, throughout project.
- Selection of Subcontractors, if applicable.
- Provide and review all required submittals for each assigned project.
- Determine appropriate manpower for project and keep schedule up to date on weekly basis.
- Coordinate and provide updates to project schedule, as needed, to General Contractor on weekly basis.
- Attend project meetings throughout project, as needed.
- Work with project foreman and crew to meet project milestones and make sure project is meeting schedule.
- Monitor project progress by conducting weekly site visits.
- Draft monthly payment applications for assigned projects and provide lien waivers.
- Coordinate punch list walk-throughs and complete items as needed.
- Provide project closeout documentation and as-built drawings.
Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:
- State of WI Journeyman or Master Electrician License preferred.
- Communicate effectively with others, including communication via email and phone.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment and have a positive attitude.
- Must have previous experience using Microsoft Office.
- Proficient typing ability is required.
- Valid State of WI driver’s license is required.
- Ability to understand and read blueprints and specifications is preferred.
- Knowledge of construction industry and/or electrical trades is preferred.

- Starting Salary of $90,000/year (negotiable based on experience)
