What are the responsibilities and job description for the Professional Skills Training Instructor position at The EiRAM Group LLC?
The EiRAM Group is seeking experienced instructors to deliver professional skills and communications training to Federal civilian employees and supervisors in the National Capital Region.
We are hiring instructors for one or more of the following:

What You'll Do
- Deliver engaging, interactive instructor-led training.
- Facilitate discussions, exercises, role-play, and group activities.
- Develop and maintain presentations, agendas, handouts, and other training materials.
- Deliver training in person or virtually using platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Skype, and Adobe Connect.
- Incorporate adult-learning principles and 508-compliant materials.
- Administer participant evaluations and incorporate feedback into future sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
- 8 years of demonstrated experience delivering professional skills, communications, leadership, or soft-skills training to adults.
- Experience teaching one or more of the listed courses or equivalent content.
- Strong presentation and group facilitation skills.
- Experience training federal, DoD, military, or similar professional audiences preferred.
- Proficiency with virtual training platforms and interactive facilitation.
- Ability to develop instructional materials.
Preferred
- Corporate training, adult education, or instructional certification.
- CPTD, MBTI, or similar credentials.
- Degree in communication, education, HR, organizational psychology, or a related field.
- Experience training supervisors and managers.
Salary : $1,000 - $1,100
