Job Title: Director of Educator Programs
FLSA Classification: Exempt
Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 annually
Job Summary:
The Director of Educator Programs will lead the implementation of all aspects of Champions For Learnings Educator Programs. The Director of Educator Programs is responsible for the strategic planning, development, implementation, management and evaluation of a robust portfolio of programs that provide educators with the support and resources to experience professional success.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive educator program strategy aligned with the Education Foundation of Collier Countys mission, goals and values.
- Broaden and strengthen how Educator Programs align with the Education Foundation of Collier Countys mission, goals and values.
- Increase opportunities for the effectiveness of educator programs that aid in the retention of educators.
- In collaboration with Chief Programs Officer and President and CEO to establish annual program, budget, departmental and staff goals, metrics, objectives and track results against these goals.
- Build a highly effective and cohesive educator program team that delivers program results. In partnership with the Program Relationship Manager, build and maintain an effective volunteer structure to support growth and effectiveness of educator programs.
- Support fundraising efforts by working with the development team to draft program outlines that will engage and inform funders and marketing efforts. Provide comprehensive and timely program results to ensure the meeting of granting reporting deadlines.

Education and Experience:
- Undergraduate degree required, ideally with some education background.
- At least two years related experience required.
Physical Requirements:
- Must have the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by the position.
- Must have the ability to travel to different sites.
- Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
