Remote Sales Representative
Compensation
- Part-Time: $30,000–$60,000 in your first year (approximately 15–20 hours/week)
- Full-Time: $80,000–$180,000 in your first year (approximately 30–35 hours/week)
- Leadership and Ownership opportunities: $200,000
Our compensation structure is 100% performance-based with no income cap. In addition to commissions, agents have opportunities to earn monthly bonuses, leadership promotions, profit sharing, and long-term ownership opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Meet virtually with individuals and families who have requested information about protecting their financial future.
- Help clients choose insurance and financial solutions that fit their unique needs.
- Work exclusively with warm, exclusive leads—no cold calling.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service.
- Participate in ongoing coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.
- Grow your own business while helping develop future leaders within the agency.
