MAP Coordinator (RN)
Normal working hours Monday -Friday 9am -5pm ( with some flexibility if needed) salaried $85,000.00
Lead, teach, and make a real impact in mental health care.
The Edinburg Center is looking for a passionate Registered Nurse to lead our MAP Training Program while providing community-based care and support. This is a unique role-blending training, leadership, and hands-on nursing.
What You Are:
- MA RN license (BSN preferred)
- 1 year mental health experience
- Driver’s license & reliable vehicle
- Ability to become MAP Trainer & CPR/AED Instructor (within 3 months)
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate MAP trainings & recertifications
- Teach First Aid/CPR/AED classes
- Mentor and support staff toward certification success
- Provide community-based nursing care and education
- Conduct audits to ensure safe medication practices
- Collaborate on person-centered treatment plans
