The Edgewater Hotel is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to join our Guest Services team! The Valet Supervisor is a dynamic leadership role responsible for driving excellence in guest service and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This position leads by example, fostering a team culture centered on professionalism, hospitality, and proactive service. The Valet Supervisor oversees all aspects of the guest arrival and departure experience, ensuring timely, courteous, and seamless interactions. While primarily managing bell and shuttle services, this role also supports valet operations as needed to maintain a smooth, efficient flow. Through hands-on leadership, staff development, and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations, the Valet Supervisor plays a pivotal role in shaping memorable and positive experiences.
Schedule:· Will regularly work a minimum of three 10-hour shifts per week.· Shift times are from 6 am - 4pm or 3 pm-1amSchedule fluctuates based on business levels.
RATE OF PAY:
$23.51/hour plus tips and incentives
