At Six | Seven Restaurant, Executive Chef Jesse Souza leads our culinary team. Our menu features seasonally inspired cuisine crafted with only the freshest and finest organic and naturally raised ingredients.
Description:
The (Morning/Evening) Cook will be responsible for the preparation and execution of items on the Six|Seven lounge menu, as well as seasonal seafood and meats according to recipes.
Key responsibilities include grill, broil, saute, soups, salads, vinaigrette. Must have ability to maintain standards of plating and flavor profiles, while fulfilling ticket time objectives.
Rate of pay: $28.81-$21.81/ hr
Availability Needed:
- Must be available from 3pm to 11pm each day, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements
- Must work well in a team with a passion for learning
- Experience in fine dining atmosphere and high volume required
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation rules
- Strong knife skills
- A culinary graduate is a plus
