Role Description
The Edge is seeking a Video Editor/Producer for a contract position. This hybrid role is based in Leesburg, VA, with flexibility for partial remote work. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end video production, editing video content, incorporating motion graphics, and performing color grading to ensure professional-quality outputs. The role requires close collaboration with clients and team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet creative objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Video Production and Video Editing software (Adobe Premiere and After Effects)
- Experience with Video Color Grading to ensure high-quality visual presentation
- Knowledge of creating Motion Graphics and working with Graphics to enhance storytelling
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in hybrid environments
- Familiarity with video production equipment and processes is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film, Communications, or a related field is preferred
