Join The EDGE Ziplines and Adventures team in Castle Rock, CO, where we create unforgettable memories and adrenaline-pumping experiences for every guest who visits us! We're seeking enthusiastic team members to join our year-round operation and help deliver 5-star adventures to every guest who walks our way.
Open Positions (Listed in order of # of positions available)
- EPIC Sky Trek Challenge Course Facilitators for our climbing towers and high ropes course
- Zipline Tour Guides for our 10-line zipline tour
- Guest Service Representatives and reservation specialists
What You'll Do
- Ensure guest safety through proper equipment checks and course inspections
- Guide guests through harness fitting and safety orientations
- Facilitate thrilling experiences including ziplines, rappelling, climbing walls, and free-fall jumps
- Create an exciting, positive atmosphere while maintaining the highest safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service from decision making & booking to adventure completion
We're Looking For Team Members Who Are:
- 18 years old with a valid driver's license
- Comfortable with heights and in excellent physical condition
- Flexible and reliable - available for weekends, holidays, and varying schedules
- Outstanding communicators with positive, outgoing personalities
- Safety-focused with strong decision-making skills under pressure
- Outdoor enthusiasts who thrive in all weather conditions
- Tech-savvy with basic Google Suite experience
- Team players who love helping others create amazing memories
