The Membership Advisor is an onsite, full-time role based in St. Peters, MO. Responsibilities include selling memberships, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting potential and existing members with inquiries. This role involves actively engaging with prospective members, presenting the benefits of membership, and ensuring a positive club experience for all members. As a Membership Advisor, you will work directly with the sales team to meet and exceed membership acquisition goals while building strong member relationships.
- Experience in Membership Sales and understanding of membership plan offerings
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and assist members
- Sales experience and an ability to achieve and exceed membership sales goals
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and passion for fitness
- Ability to work onsite and support daily operations of the St. Peters, MO location
- Previous fitness industry experience is a plus
