Our team is seeking a motivated and dedicated Insurance Sales Representative to join our company. As an Insurance Sales Representative with The Edelson Agency, you’ll help current and prospective customers determine which plans best fits their needs while building lasting relationships with them.

Insurance Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Become familiar with and retain information about the insurance plans offered
- Identify potential clients and attempt to build working relationships with them
- Engage with prospective clients through email, phone, or in person to discuss the company’s insurance offerings
- Work with clients to find the plan that best suits their needs, explaining the pros and cons of each option
- Assist clients by giving customized quotes, trying to find something within their budget
- Explain approved policies to customers
- Answer client questions as needed
- Regularly revisit clients to reevaluate their policy needs, suggesting modifications and updates
- Stay knowledgeable of insurance trends and practices
Insurance Sales Representative Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Outgoing personality with strong persuasive and sales skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to be trained and coached
- US Citizen
