Commercial Landscape Enhancement Crew MemberExperienced Landscape Installation Professional
The Eckliff Group – Eastlake, Ohio
$17-$20 per hour (Based on Experience)
The Eckliff Group is actively hiring experienced Landscape Enhancement Crew Members to join our growing installation team.
This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for individuals with previous commercial landscape installation or enhancement experience who take pride in producing high-quality work.
If you've worked for a commercial landscape company installing mulch, shrubs, grading, drainage, hardscape, or other landscape improvements, we'd like to speak with you.
What You'll Do
- Install mulch, topsoil, shrubs, trees, and plants
- Perform landscape renovations and property improvements
- Grade planting beds and prepare sites for installation
- Install edging, drainage systems, and landscape materials
- Perform seasonal cleanups and property improvements
- Operate commercial landscape equipment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Work efficiently with your crew to complete projects on schedule
- Maintain professional job site appearance and quality standards
Required Experience
Applicants must have experience in one or more of the following:
- Commercial landscape enhancements
- Commercial landscape installation
- Commercial landscape construction
- Commercial landscape renovations
Experience with any of the following is preferred:
- Installing mulch
- Planting shrubs, trees, and perennials
- Weeding landscape beds
- Shrub trimming and pruning
- Spring and fall cleanups
- Loading and unloading landscape materials
- Spreading topsoil and mulch
- Using wheelbarrows, shovels, rakes, and other landscape tools
- General landscape maintenance and property improvements
- Working efficiently as part of a commercial landscape crew
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to Eastlake, Ohio
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to follow direction and work safely as part of a team
