Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Rogers, AR. The Administrative Assistant will support daily operations by performing clerical tasks, managing schedules, handling communications, and maintaining organization. Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, providing executive administrative assistance, and ensuring the smooth operation of office functions. This position will require light bookkeeping requirements. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting the team and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
- Ability to learn how to provide accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll assistance.
- Attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree or higher is a plus
