Summary
As a Server, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests as a sales & service professional. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will utilize your core skills in food service, POS systems, and food safety to enhance guest's dining experience and serve meals efficiently. Your premium skills, including culinary experience and time management, will enhance your ability to promote menu items and ensure guest satisfaction. With a focus on teamwork and a passion for the food industry, you will thrive in our vibrant restaurant atmosphere during both day and night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, educating guests to vast menu options, and serving meals and beverages promptly.
- Utilize POS systems, Aloha , to process transactions efficiently.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met during food handling and service.
- Manage time effectively to balance multiple tables and ensure timely service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in dining & beverage preparations while maintaining cleanliness in kitchen & dining areas.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in full-service dining environments
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proficiency in POS systems, including Aloha and Micros
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and handling regulations
- Culinary experience is a plus, enhancing overall service quality
Projected Total Compensation: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12.0 – 20.0 per week
