This is an in-office role based in Post Falls, ID, with in-person seller appointments throughout Spokane and Kootenai counties. It is not a remote position.

ABOUT THE EASY HOME BUYER:

We are not real estate agents. We are a local family-owned real estate investing company. We have been investing in real estate since 2019 and we close on over 200 houses annually, including a mixture of wholesales, whole-tails, flips, and rentals.

THE ROLE

As an Acquisitions Agent, you'll play a critical role in helping homeowners while uncovering high-value real estate investment opportunities. This isn't your typical sales position—you'll be belly to belly, negotiating directly with homeowners, solving real problems, and identifying properties with incredible investment potential.

EXECUTION OF THE FOLLOWING:

• Be the first point of contact for homeowners looking to sell, conducting in person appointments and phone appointments
• Uncover hidden opportunities by identifying seller motivation, evaluating property details, and determining which homes are the best investment opportunities.
• Master the art of negotiation and relationship-building by connecting with homeowners, asking the right questions, and creating win-win solutions.
• Own your pipeline by keeping detailed CRM records, documenting conversations, and ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.
• Partner with a high-performing acquisitions team to seamlessly transition qualified sellers through the contracting and closing process.
• Make a measurable impact every day by generating new business, helping homeowners find solutions, and contributing directly to the company's continued growth.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT

We're looking for someone who is competitive, coachable, and hungry to build a successful career in real estate investing and sales.

• 1–3 years of commission- or quota-based sales, negotiation, or real estate/acquisitions experience (required). Customer service experience alone isn't enough for this role.
• Competitive, self-motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills—you know how to build trust and keep conversations moving.
• Organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable learning real estate investing, property values, and acquisition strategies (industry experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person).
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
• A team player who communicates well across departments and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed.
• Flexible, adaptable, and excited to take on new challenges as our company grows.
• Available in-office and for appointments throughout Spokane and Kootenai counties, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

• $2k/ month base plus commissions with on target earnings of $200,000-$300,000 / year (the sky is the limit, our top acq reps make this range - the more you put into it the more you'll make)

OUR HIRING PROCESS

We intentionally make our process challenging, because following detailed instructions is part of this job. After you apply, you'll get an email with 4 steps:

3. A 12-minute timed cognitive test (on a computer, no retakes)
