What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vascular Neurology Clinic Receptionist position at The East Bay Cerebrovascular Clinic?

Medical clinic in emergency need of a stand-in front desk receptionist, primary duty would be to answer phone calls and take messages for 2 Vascular Neurologists, me and Dr. Peter Adamczyk. Our regular MA had to take emergency family leave, however she will still be available to guide you in the office on Friday Sept 18, and will do her regular duties for which you would need formal training.

There may be a circumstance in which we will need you to stay on for up to 1 month or more, at which point you will need formal training, or you may be formally hired to take over official duties in the clinic.

You will otherwise have direct access to contact both Peter and I if you will ever need any help or clarification.
