Duties
- Operate multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and route calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Word, Excel applications
- Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments for staff and executives
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, and organizing office supplies
- Manage office management duties including supply inventory, and maintaining a tidy workspace
- Provide personal assistant support as needed, to center Director.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role with clerical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- typing skills and computer literacy to handle data entry and document proofreading accurately
- Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and adapt quickly to changing priorities
