Position Overview
Eagle Leasing is seeking a skilled and reliable Yard Technician to join our team. This position plays a key role in welding containers and assist in office container maintenance., The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in diesel and trailer repair, welding, painting, and general mechanical work.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure containers and trailers are clean, repaired, and customer-ready
- Welding
- Grinding, sanding and painting
- Fabrication tasks
- Minor electrical work
- Other duties as required
- Painting and repairing containers
- Working on doors, floors and general repairs.
- Light Fabrication work
- Welding containers
- Unloading and loading containers using a fork lift
- Hooking up trailers, backing up trucks and general yard work
Qualifications
- 2 or more years of experience as a welder, yard technician
- Experience in welding and painting
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Pay: $25.09 - $30.22 per hour
