Job Summary:
The EADS Group, Inc. which began operation in 1955 is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager / Engineer to be part of our growing multi-discipline consulting engineering firm. As part of this growth we are accepting applications for an experienced full time Project Manager specializing in transportation projects (Pennsylvania Turnpike and PennDOT) to work at our office in Altoona, PA. Position is responsible for client and project management, development of transportation design deliverables, mentor design team, and other project delivery activities.
Here's what you'll need:
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• A minimum of 15 years' experience with an emphasis in project management, roadway design, drainage design, traffic and/or structures.
• Experience with design development of transportation projects, regulatory permitting, proposal preparation, project and client management.
• Proficiency in the use of engineering software including MicroStation InRoads/OpenRoads.
• Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills.
• The preferred candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, licensed as a Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania (or the ability to obtain), Pennsylvania Turnpike and PennDOT experience.
