What You’ll Do
- Consult with clients to understand needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Curate and present apartment options across Austin | Houston | Dallas or San Antonio
- Schedule and coordinate property tours
- Manage follow-ups and guide clients through the process
- Close deals and earn commission when your client signs
- Active Texas real estate license (required before onboarding)
- Clear, confident communication with clients and properties
- High follow-through - you do what you say you'll do
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
- Sales or real estate background is a plus, not a requirement
