Job Overview Overnight / Early Morning Shift
The Dutch Oven Bakery is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Baker and Doughnut Maker to join our production team. This role is critical to keeping our bakery stocked with fresh, high quality baked goods every morning.

What you'll Do:
- Prepare and bake a variety of doughnuts, pastries, breads and baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards
- Decorate cookies, doughnuts, and pastries
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including mixers, ovens and fryers
- Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed in compliance with health regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment sanitation and workspace organization
- Assist in inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supplies needed
- Work independently and efficiently during overnight hours
Schedule
- Overnight / early morning
- Typical shift begins in evening and can run into early morning
- Weekend availability a plus
What we are looking for
- Baking or food production experience preferred, but we will train the right person
- Experience in any production setting a plus
- Ability to work overnight and on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Dependable, punctual and self-motivated
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Food safety awareness (ServSafe a plus, not required)

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
