Dutch Oven Bakery is looking for a dependable, friendly, hard-working team member to join our front-of-house staff. This position includes customer service, coffee drink preparation, deli service, cleaning, and stocking duties in a fast-paced bakery environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly service
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, and other beverages
- Assist customers at the deli counter and prepare simple deli items
- Stock bakery cases, coffee supplies, and retail items
- Keep dining area, counters, and workstations clean and organized
- Help maintain a smooth, efficient flow during busy periods
- Work as part of a team to create a welcoming customer experience
Qualifications
- Friendly, positive attitude
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with customers and handling food
- Willing to clean and stay busy during slower times
- Coffee or food service experience is helpful, but not required — we will train the right person
Schedule
- Part-time or full-time available
- Weekend availability preferred
- Morning and daytime shifts
